If you like wood fire oven pizza and you value speed, then 800 degrees is the place for you. The whole "gimmick" of their store is that their pizzas are baked at a temperature of 800 degrees in a wood fire oven - cooking them much quicker than what you might be used to! The menu here is also flexible, making it perfect for the fussy eaters out there. There are some standard options on the menu, such as margheritas and marinaras, but if you want to create your own concoction you're able to do that too. They've also got create your own salads too if you'd like to add some extra greens to your pizza indulgence. I really liked the pizza here - chewy but crispy, and full of flavor. I'd definitely go back the next time I'm in the city. There's also another store in Minami Aoyama, not far from Commune 2nd.
