Post Office Staff with the patience of saints!

I am in and out of the post office here regularly, sending stuff back to people in both Australia and the States. Especially with the lead up to the Christmas season, I've been in there more regularly - and the staff here really do have the patience of saints. I should preface this by saying that I don't speak much Japanese at all, so sometimes explaining exactly what I want or need when it comes to shipping things/requiring tracking/ascertaining the best way of sending things can be tough. In saying that, the staff here never make me feel rushed or like I'm being an inconvenience in taking up their time. I'm also always impressed with the cost of posting things internationally - Japan Post's small packet service is very reasonably priced, especially when compared with shipping rates in Australia or the United Stated back to Japan. Definitely ask for small packet air mail postage!
