Great full day of fun, if you don't mind the high price tag

Although, this is a great place for kids to enjoy a full day of fun, it only gets 3 stars as it is so expensive and it really has nothing to make it stand out from the crowd. There is such a huge range of funfairs and amusement parks in Saitama and this is just one. What I do like about it is that the area isn't too expansive, so little legs can easily make their way around. One of the most popular attractions is the giant maze, with a stamp rally quiz embedded in the labyrinth. Other than that, most of the rides are standard fairground attractions. The ferris wheel and most of the roller coaster type rides are quite old. Although they have been repainted and spruced up, you can hear the creaks as they tick over. They magic house is a hoax, if you'll pardon the pun. If you enter on a general admission ticket, please don't pay to enter this excuse of an attraction. It is old, damp, smelly and only has some trick mirrors and some wax statues. There are some decent rides and a couple of nice areas, such as the farm, the playground and the bikes and pedal cars. These are included in the general admission ticket. If you do want to use a few rides you are better off buying a "free pass" for unlimited rides on the attractions. You can also buy tickets to use rather than paying cash. You get one extra ticket worth 100 yen for a book of ten. The park is open Thursday to Tuesday, closed Wednesdays. The general hours are 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. A general admission ticket costs 1200 for adults and 650 yen for children over 3, you then have to pay extra to go on rides. A "free pass" costs 2900 for adults and 2,300 yen for children and you have unlimited access to most of the rides and attractions.
