Himuro is a ramen chain with a few locations in Kashiwa and Matsudo Cities. The location I like best is on the east side of Kashiwa Station. The staff are friendly, and the service is fast. If you're on your own, you get seated at the counter. With friends, you'll get a seat in the dining room at a table. Tekkamen is my go-to dish here. It's spicy and flavorful, and loaded with veggies and chashu. The shop is open until 2 a.m., great for night owls.
