Good food, good music, and SPACIOUS
Price: 2000 yen
For my birthday, I wanted a place where I can relax in comfortable chairs (preferably a coach xD
, listen to live music, and eat good food. LIVING ROOM CAFÉ and DINING fitted the bill, which was a surprised because it’s in Shibuya. )
Crowded and not very spacious are just some of my expectations in this area, so when I found this restaurant on the internet, I just need to be there and see what it has to offer.
Living Room Café and Dining has an English and Japanese websites, where you can check out the menu, the location of the restaurant, the schedule of the live performances, and make reservations online or by phone. It is truly convenient!
I was amazed how roomy it was. It has a bar section, terrace, an art gallery, stage, and the dining area. I also love its sophisticated interior, which includes antique- looking bookshelves, comfortable chairs and couches, a sphere chandelier, and the lightning that gives off a warm- romantic ambiance, making it perfect for a date.
Before coming to this place, I already checked out the menu on the website. We chose one of the set meals, which was worth 3,500 yen per person. Drinks are not included.
Fresh fish Carpaccio
*fresh and tasty
Mushroom Marinate Salad
* tangy and delicious
Soup Curry with bread
*the bread is crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside. A bit oily though.
*I finished my whole bowl. xD
*It was quite heavy, but delicious. If you want different pasta, they have other varieties to choose from.
Lamb Chops (or Rib eye)
*I love meat!
My tummy was satisfied with this meal! You can further check out their menu on their website. Unfortunately, the set menu is only available on their Japanese website. It might not be accurate, but you can ask GOOGLE-TRANSLATE-
for his assistance. san
