Unfortunately Milks Ebisu or MiLKs (Leite) closed permanently. I'm not sure when, but when I was in the area recently I was surprised to see that its gone. Their website is gone too as is all their social media accounts. It was a popular ice cream store west of Ebisu station.

Ice cream and liqueur in trendy surroundings
Milks in Ebisu is a fun spot to visit for some ice cream with a twist. The store serves up ice cream topped with a range of different liqueurs. You can choose from a number of sets where you can get a certain number of liqueurs to enjoy them with. The most basic set comes with a serving of ice cream and your choice of two liqueurs (there are over 100 to choose from). The ice cream serving was very large and it pairs wonderfully with the liqueur. There are also sprinkles and cacao nibs to top your ice cream with, so it's a fun experience all round. It's situated just a short walk from Ebisu Station but it's on the 5th floor of the building, so just keep your eyes peeled! Menus are available in English.
