Shakes, Pancakes, Beer, Burgers...and, oh yeah, Coffee!
This place took me by surprise just by the name. The Most Coffee. Surely they would rather be the best coffee, right? It turns out the menu is a lot more comprehensive that the simple North American style coffee house the decor and name might suggest. The burgers look great, though unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to try one. I did try the chocolate banana smoothie and enjoyed it immensely. There is also a great selection of Japanese IPAs apparently and a number of pancake options, too. It seems like a fine little restaurant, though I wouldn't have thought to come here for more than coffee if I'd only read the name. The seating area overlooks the pedestrian walkway that stretches from Sendai Station to Parco 2, where The Most Coffee rests on the fourth floor. While the room is well decorated and inviting, it does fill up quickly during rush times, so it is a place best enjoyed during the slow hours of a weekday afternoon.
