Same Delirium experience, different location
I wrote about my previous experience at the Shinjuku Petite Delirium Cafe a while back (https://www.city-cost.com/reviews/w2EZ3-Petitdelirium_Tap_Cafe_Shinjuku_Food_Drink_Shibuya_ku?vid=1), and didn't have the greatest experience there. So when a few acquaintances wanted to stop by the Ginza branch, I put up a fight. However, it was all in vain and we ended up going in anyway. First thing, they did warn us about the cover charge of 500 yen. We all accepted and took a seat and perused the menu. For the most part, the difference between the branches was that Ginza focuses more on full meals, rather than just appetizers and nibbles. We were pretty hungry but also deterred by the prices, so I just ordered the fries with a strawberry and mixed berry fiz and some others ordered the cheese plate with drinks. Everything was pretty underwhelming, though I wasn't surprised. The fiz drink looked like the picture and actually had full pieces of fruit in it. It tasted really yummy too, but wasn't worth the 750 yen price tag. Their fries (well, mostly the dipping sauce) was worth the price. This location is pretty big, and could seat the four of us right away despite being prime dinner time. It was the complete opposite of the Shinjuku branch, and we could spread out here without worrying about being hit by the door or someone trying to squeeze through. All in all, the friendly staff and spacious location aren't enough to save us, and I guarantee this will be the last time I go to ANY of the Delirium Cafes throughout Tokyo.
