Lunasol Beauty Salon

A conveniently located beauty salon that's less expensive than most

Lunasol Beauty Salon is located in the Tokyo suburb of Fussa, a short walk from Yokota Air Base's main gate. The salon here is handy for a few reasons - most of the staff speak English (probably owing to the fact that a lot of their clientele are Americans from the base) and also because their prices are a lot more reasonable than other salons I have been to in Japan. The Lunasol Salon offers a range of different beauty treatments - they offer hair cuts/colors/styling, manicures and pedicures, eyelash extensions, waxing, facials and more. The prices for manicures/pedicures in particular are far cheaper than anything I've found elsewhere in Japan, and again this may be due to the American clientele nearby who would get similarly priced mani/pedis back home. If you're not walking from the base, there is a hospital parking lot about a half block away (it is paid parking but reasonably priced).
