During my time at Ise Jingu I was determined to try akafuku in Ise, especially since that is what Ise is known for. As a was walking in the summer heat I was feeling more in the mood for shaved ice! I found a shop that combined them! It was perfect!! It satisfied my desire to eat the traditional sweet and to cool down! Be warned that the line was pretty long for this shop!
