Amber Glass Coffee is a great spot to pop into if you're in the Shiozawa area of Minamiuonuma. The baristas here are affiliated with the Specialty Coffee Association of Japan, and take a real pride in the brews they prepare. As well as the coffee, Amber Glass Coffee usually have a range of sweets on offer to go alongside your brew. The cheesecake and brownies are particularly good if they're available on your visit. One thing that they also do which is fun is special seasonal brews. For instance, over October they had a Halloween blend that was particularly tasty! There are various blends to choose from on any given day though, hailing from different parts of the world.
