GAP/GAP Kids

Only worth it if there are sales!

It might seem harsh that I'm only giving these guys three stars, but I have bought quite a bit from Japan's GAP stores and I think it's honestly only worthwhile if you're getting a sweet deal. They do have sales quite a bit, and you can get some great priced stuff then, but I don't think I'd ever pay full price for any of their stuff. Case in point - I got some clothes for my kids recently, and they wash and wear really well, but I only got them because they had a 40% off sale. Full price would have been around 3000 yen for one long sleeve t shirt for a toddler - I barely even pay that for my own clothes! They do have a lot of cute things though, and they're definitely a good spot to shop if your own personal fashion tastes are more Western than Japanese-inspired.
