Innovative small hotel

The first attraction to this tiny hotel is the reasonable price. I booked a room in the off-season for under 6000 yen. But on arrival, I began to appreciate that the small hotel is much more than just a place to stay. The hotel is part of a business incubation project. On the first floor is a craft gin distillery. The Tune participants produce a map to point visitors, "tune" them into the boutique eateries and shops in Tateyama City. The accommodation is stylishly decorated, the rooms are small but well-appointed, and the common room has a kitchen where you can cook. A free service to guests is pour-over coffee to get your day started. The shared bath and toilets are clean and modern, and the amenities you expect from a higher-end hotel are provided.
