Shibu Soba

My comfort food

I don't mind the chilly weather and long day at work, as long as I have soba for dinner! Soba is one of many scrumptious traditional Japanese food that I love so much. Luckily, I don't need to travel too far to have soba. Shibua Soba is just right next to the station entrance. Its not the convenience that keeps me going to Shibua Soba shop, but the hot soba itself. The noodle made of buckwheat is firm and with nutty flavor. Also, the mild broth, oh my, it's perfect combination. And I can't stop slurping.
