Superfood smoothies, vegan eats, and tasty sweets
Trueberry in Omotesando is a great place to visit if you're looking for something healthy and packed with nutrients to enjoy, but stuff that still tastes good, too. They're probably best known for their wide range of super food smoothies, with things on offer like their super green (kale, Japanese spinach, celery, apple, pineapple and coconut milk) through to their energy smoothie (strawberry, maca powder, tangerine peel, apple, fig, coconut milk, banana, and raw cacao powder). They have a decent range of vegan eats on offer too, including sandwiches, onigiri, curries and more. I think their menu varies on the season quite heavily so it may change depending on the time of year you visit. One thing I will say is that the food and drinks are good here, but they are expensive in my opinion. Most of the smoothies for instance hover around the 900-1000 yen mark, which is a rare indulgence for me right now! Sure, they're packed with healthy ingredients, but price wise it can be a bit hard to justify.
