Of the current Mocchurin donuts at Mister Donut right now, the "Mocchurin Mitarashi" option is definitely the most unique IMO! As the name suggests, this donut has the same sweet soy sauce glaze coating as you'd expect on mitarashi dango! I think it's a fun option for anyone who likes the sweet yet salty flavor combination. Price-wise, this one sits in the middle of the Mocchurin range at 226 yen. I feel like the cost is pretty reasonable for what you get, so I don't really have any complaints in that regard!

I do think sometimes the sweet yet salty flavor combination can be a bit polarizing. If you're not really one for the more traditionally Japanese flavor profiles, I would suggest going for the strawberry one in this range. If however you do find yourself really liking this, it is just a limited time offering which is always a bit of a bummer. I'm not exactly sure how long they'll be selling it for, but I would recommend checking at your local Mister Donut sooner rather than later if it sounds like a must try item to you.
