As far as Starbucks frappuccinos go, this new S'mores chocolate frappuccino is one of the more indulgent-feeling ones that I've tried. The base flavor of the drink is chocolate, and then it's topped with mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs. If you're after a really dessert-like frap, then this is a fun option to try. Also, if you are American and have that S'mores craving from back home, then you might appreciate this one as well. The mix of flavors and textures is fun, and I would say it's worth trying out at least once if the combo of ingredients sounds good to you.

A few downsides to note: Obviously the price is a key one. At 690 yen including tax it's basically the same price as a meal at some places, and without any of the nutritional benefits. It only comes in tall size, rather than the full range of sizes. I'd have preferred this in a short size, just to enjoy the taste of it without it being too much of a sugar rush. If you do find yourself really enjoying it, since it's limited time only your window to get your hands on it is slim. Also, if you don't like textures in your beverages, then the marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs might feel bothersome.
