Both Tokyo and Osaka featured on World's Best Cities to Live, Work, and Visit

I think it's always nice to see our adopted home getting some global recognition, and this year's "World's Best Cities" list saw a couple of Japanese destinations featured. The 2025 rankings were compiled by Resonance Consultancy in partnership with Ipsos, and placed Tokyo at an impressive 4th and Osaka at 23rd out of 100 cities worldwide.

Just for some context, the same list from 2024 also had Tokyo in fourth place, but Osaka was 45th, so they've shot up quite a bit. Unfortunately though, last year also had Nagoya (94th) and Sapporo (98th) on the list, but they've dropped off.
