Thanks to the Port: Free Admissions

June 2 (Sun) is Port-Opening day. Commemorating this special day, the following facilities in Yokohama will be open to the public free of charge. *Each facility will have its own conditions (eg: showing your ID) and content for free admission. Please contact each facility for details.

Facilities where all visitors will be admitted free of charge: Yokohama Archives of History, Museum of Yokohama Urban History, Yokohama Museum of EurAsian Cultures, Yokohama History Museum, Yokohama Fishing Piers (Hommoku, Daikoku and Isogo), and Yokohama Museum of Art

Facilities where university students and under will be admitted free of charge: Silk Museum and Yamate Shiryokan

Facilities where high school students and under will be admitted free of charge: Yokohama Doll Museum (admission fee only), Sail Training Ship Nippon Maru・Yokohama Port Museum, NYK Maritime Museum, NYK Hikawamaru, Mitsubishi Minatomirai Industrial Museum, Yokohama Landmark Tower Observation Deck (*Adults have 500 yen discount), Sankeien, Hamagin Child Science Center, and Sport centers (individual use and training room): Aoba, Asahi, Izumi, Isogo, Kanagawa, Kanazawa, Konan, Midori, Minami, Naka, Nishi, Sakae, Seya, Totsuka, Tsurumi and Tsuzuki

Facilities where junior high school students and under will be admitted free of charge: Yokohama Tram Museum, Zoorasia (Yokohama Zoological Garden), Kanazawa Zoo, Swimming pools* (Konan, Hodogaya, Asahi, Rinetsu Kanazawa, Sakae, Tsuzuki and Shimizugaoka Koen, Yokohama Ice Arena (skating fee only), and Sports Centers (individual use and training room): Hodogaya and Kohoku

*Children should be accompanied by adults when using the swimming pools. *Children with diapers are not allowed in the pools.
