Introductory Course for Volunteer. Participants Wanted!

Are you a foreign resident who would like to put your native language and culture to use in volunteer activities such as introducing your home country’s culture or guiding foreign visitors around Yokohama?

At this course, you will acquire knowledge and learn approaches that will be useful in interacting foreign visitors. You will also get a chance to tour around Yokohama and experience some Japanese culture yourself.


Date&Time:

(1) Feb. 25 (Sun), 10:00-16:30

(2) Feb. 28 (Wed), 10:00-16:30

*They offer same content. Choose the date of your preference.

Eligibility:

Foreign residents who live, study, or work in Yokohama, are interested in volunteer activities, and are 18 years of age or older


Limit: About 40 persons/ class


Location:

Conference Room, 6F of Yokohama International Cooperation Center

(5 min walk from Minatomirai Stn or 15 min walk from Sakuragicho Stn)


Fee: Free
