Application for Rental Housing for Elderly People in Izumi-Ku
These housing units authorized by the city are for people over 60 years old. Lottery registration will be accepted for 20 units in Izumi-ku, Nakata-Minami 2 chome area which will be available from November this year. This apartment is designed to provide a safe environment for senior citizens, including emergency call services. *There is no nursing care.*An income-dependent rent subsidy is available. *Chosen by lottery.
Application Period: May 10 to May 31
Eligibility: Those who are living or working in Yokohama and are 60 years old or over at the time of application. They must be Japanese nationals or foreign nationals who have resident cards. *There are other conditions. Please inquire for more details.
To Apply: Application forms are available at any Ward Office’s Public Relation Section (Koho Sodan kakari) or at Administrative (Gyosei) Service Corner from May 10 and should be submitted it by May 31.
