Application for Special Elderly Nursing Home
Two new nursing homes for the elderly will open in May, 2019. All rooms are private rooms.
Hino Phoenix (provisional name) in Konan-ku will open in May, 2019.
Limit: 130 people
Himawari (provisional name) in Konan-ku will open in May, 2019.
Limit: 170 people
Eligibility: Senior citizens who are certified as Nursing Care Level between 3-5 or those who are certified as Nursing Care Level between 1-2 and fall under special conditions. *There will be a screening process.
To Apply: Pick up the application form available now to Nov. 20 at your local ward office’s Fukushi Hoken Center (Health and Welfare Center) or Chiiki Care Plaza.
