Child Allowance - Report of Present Circumstance
If you are receiving child allowance, you should have received a Present Situation Declaration Form for Child Allowance (Genkyo Todoke) by now. You need to fill in this form and submit it by June 30 to continue receiving this allowance. Please check the office business hours if you plan to submit the form directly at your ward office.
