Meet and exchange ideas about themes concerning municipal administration with the Mayor over a cup of tea. It is a great opportunity for the citizens to get to know the Mayor in person and for the Mayor to hear the real voices of the citizens.
Limit: One group per day, chosen by lottery
Eligibility: People over 15 years old (junior high school students are not eligible.) who live, work, or go to school in Yokohama. Please apply in groups consisting of 5-10 members.
Date&Time: An hour meeting on a weekday afternoon, between April and September *dates will be decided after the applicants have been chosen.
Location: Mayor’s room (Yokohama City Hall, 1 min walk from JR Kannai Stn)
